Job Description

This is a developmental position where the Learner will complete a formally recognized qualification while gaining hands-on work experience. During the employment period, the Learner will carry out tasks that support specific business goals—such as conducting research, providing administrative support, analyzing data, and assisting with processes and projects. They must meet all academic and workplace requirements of the qualification. Additional training will be provided as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Learner will be responsible for performing the following duties and responsibilities:

• Recognize and report risks that could result in higher costs.
• Be cost-aware and understand their role in managing expenses.
• Improve financial knowledge and follow required financial procedures.
• Uphold the company’s values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, taking responsibility and ensuring professional communication.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
• Provide accurate and informed product knowledge.
• Follow updated processes to support operational efficiency.
• Meet quality and compliance standards.
• Accurately record activities and follow company policies.
• Explore innovative methods to improve workflows.
• Support business process alignment to enhance customer service.
• Share improvement suggestions with management.
