Job Description

The FNB Learnership 2025 position is designed as a developmental opportunity, where the individual will pursue a formal, accredited qualification while simultaneously gaining practical work experience. During this time, the Learner will be expected to carry out assigned tasks that contribute to specific business objectives. These tasks may include research, data analysis, administrative duties, and involvement in processes and projects that bring value to the organization. The Learner must meet all academic and practical requirements of the qualification, and may receive additional training as necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Recognising and reporting any potential risks that could result in higher operational costs.
  • Being mindful of costs and understanding how their role impacts the organisation financially.
  • Improving knowledge of financial procedures and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Upholding the company’s core values, service commitments, and principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in all customer engagements.
  • Taking accountability in resolving customer complaints and communicating effectively, following established protocols.
  • Gathering and using customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensuring product advice provided is both technically correct and accurate.
  • Following optimised processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  • Complying with all company policies and keeping accurate records of activities.
  • Seeking and suggesting innovative methods to improve workflows.
  • Supporting efforts to align internal processes with customer service expectations.
  • Recommending process or system enhancements to management when opportunities arise.
