We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist the HR Services Team with various administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, supporting the team during HR-related events, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the employee life cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
The role of the Human Resources Trainee involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Keep employee records up to date and organized.
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the HR Services Team.
- Assist in planning and coordinating HR-related events.
- Create and prepare presentations as needed.
- Offer administrative assistance throughout the employee life cycle.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, dependable, and self-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
